Tien Duong graduated with a JD (Doctor of
Jurisprudence) from Santa Clara Law School in May
of 2002 and passed the California State Bar in
December of the same year.
Since then, she has worked on cases in various
areas of law. She became familiar with the different
courts in Sacramento County and all surrounding
counties, having made weekly court appearances at
numerous of these county Superior Courts.
She was highly commended by a California Superior
Court Judge for her excellent performance at her first
jury trial, which she won. She has also tried and won
many judge trials during the course of her career.
While being an aggressive litigator, she is also a
excellent negotiator. Her strength also lies in her
ability to fluently speak English, Vietnamese, and
French.
She is dedicated to actively and aggressively
addressing her client's legal situations while utilizing
all her abilities, experience, and legal knowledge.
